TRAIN. DEVELOP. COMPETE.
We don't just train athletes. We develop the process. Every athlete follows an individual path through training, development, and competition. TRUST THE PROCESS.
MORE THAN AN ACADEMY
Every child has a different age, body, mindset, and pace.
Athlete Lab was created to connect evaluation, training, measurement, and family guidance within one development process.

We recommend the right format based on the athlete’s age, level, needs, and goals.

High-precision sessions focused on mechanics, ball handling, reads, decision-making, and specific needs.

Small-group work that transfers fundamentals to the game, raises intensity, and develops decisions under pressure.

A safe, progressive start for children under six, with age-appropriate activities to discover the ball and movement.
Technical development also includes Skills Development and Performance Training, tailored to each athlete's needs and stage.
DEVELOP · THE PROCESS
Every athlete has different needs. We evaluate, develop, measure, and continually adjust their process.
We observe technique, habits, mindset, goals, and game understanding.
We define priorities and a specific path for the athlete’s stage.
We use intentional repetitions, correction, and real-game context.
We observe how skills are applied in games.
We document progress and verify its transfer to the game.
We interpret performance to understand strengths and needs.
We recalibrate the plan to maintain direction and progress.
We begin a new cycle with updated priorities.
Athlete Evaluation · Development Plan · Training Reports · Progress Tracking · Game Performance · Statistics · Athlete Development Record. We are building the tools to connect these parts of the process.
COMPETE · ATHLETE LAB CLUB
We are developing competitive teams organized by age category. The Club will extend THE PROCESS into competition: train, compete, observe performance, and bring what we learn back into athlete development.
Teams and practices by age category, with games and tournaments as the program develops.
Athlete observation and game analysis to guide the next training cycle.
Team experiences and a community of athletes and families growing around the Lab.
COMMITMENT · DEVELOPMENT · TEAM FIRST · ACCOUNTABILITY · RESPECT · REPRESENTATION
Participation will depend on evaluation, category, availability, and program standards. Club details will be shared once defined.
ATHLETE LAB EXPERIENCE
Over time, Athlete Lab may organize specialized clinics, extra sessions, educational talks, sessions with specialists, family and community activities, and athlete observation at outside competitions.
Scheduling and availability for each activity will be announced separately.
IN DEVELOPMENT · MY ATHLETE LAB
My Athlete Lab is a future digital experience intended to bring together athlete profile, development, training, Club, schedule, Game Day, statistics, reports, documents, and account in one place.
These modules will be introduced gradually; mentioning them here does not mean they are available yet.

TWO VISIONS. ONE PROJECT.
Athlete Lab combines the technical direction of Pedro Roque with the business vision of Eduardo Berrios. The process that began with Samuel showed that many families need more than isolated training sessions: they need direction, structure, and follow-through.
INSIDE THE LAB
Observation, communication, repetition, and the right standard for each athlete’s stage.
